• Uploaded videos: sprint and track videos you submit for analysis.
• Analysis results: data generated from our AI-powered analysis of your videos, including DashScore and biomechanical assessments.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Usage data: how you interact with our service, including pages visited and features used.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve our AI-powered sprint analysis services.
• Send transactional notifications via email and SMS, such as analysis results, invite codes, and account alerts.
• Process payments and manage your subscription or credit packs.
• Improve our AI models and analysis accuracy using aggregated, de-identified data.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DashLab360, including analysis results, invite codes, and account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Message and data rates may apply.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on US-based servers using Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your information.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate DashLab360:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Twilio for SMS messaging.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) for video analysis and biomechanical assessment.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Data Retention

• Account data is retained until you request deletion.
• Uploaded videos are retained for 90 days after analysis, then automatically deleted.
• Analysis results are retained as long as your account is active.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

DashLab360 does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the service with parental or guardian consent. Minors under 18 are never presented with payment forms and cannot make purchases directly.

If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@dashlab360.com and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
