Message frequency varies based on your usage of the service. Most users receive 1 to 5 messages per month. You will only receive messages related to actions you take on the platform — we do not send marketing or promotional texts.
By providing your phone number during account signup, athlete profile setup, or when sharing analysis results, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DashLab360. Providing your phone number is optional and not required to use the service.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from DashLab360. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS from us. You can also remove your phone number from your account settings.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. DashLab360 does not charge any fees for SMS messages — any charges are from your wireless provider.
Our SMS service is supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier.
Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is only shared with our SMS provider (Twilio) for message delivery.
