Welcome to DashLab360, operated by Nexvore Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services at dashlab360.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

DashLab360 is an AI-powered sprint analysis platform designed for track and field athletes, coaches, and parents. Our service analyzes uploaded sprint videos to provide biomechanical assessments, a DashScore (Sprint Efficiency Score), and actionable training recommendations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a DashLab360 account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services. Users under 13 are not permitted to use DashLab360.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Credits and Billing

• DashLab360 uses a credit-based system. One credit equals one full video analysis.
• Monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Credit pack credits (purchased separately) do not expire and remain available as long as your account is active.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Refunds: Contact support@dashlab360.com within 7 days of a charge for a refund review. Consumed credits are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that you do not have the right to share, including videos of individuals who have not consented to being recorded or analyzed.
• Use the service to harass, harm, or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary analysis methods.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit analysis results without our written permission.

SMS and Voice Communications

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded transactional SMS messages from Nexvore Technologies LLC at the number you provide. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message types include analysis result notifications, invite codes, and account alerts. These are service-related messages only — we do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies based on your usage. Most users receive 1 to 5 messages per month. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@dashlab360.com. Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full SMS Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

• Our platform: DashLab360, including its design, features, AI models, and DashScore methodology, is owned by Nexvore Technologies LLC. All rights reserved.
• Your content: You retain ownership of videos you upload to the service.
• Analysis results: Analysis output generated by our service is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own results but may not resell them.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DashLab360 is provided "as is" and "as available." Our AI analysis provides assessments and recommendations, but it is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or athletic training. We do not guarantee specific athletic outcomes from using our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexvore Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
